Hi,

You could take MRT, blue line and get off the MRT at ';Zhongxiao Dunhua'; station.

Go out from gate ';8'; and walk along with Dunhua S. road toward ';Ba De road'; then you will find the 台北市八德路三段10號

after alight at at ';Zhongxiao Dunhua'; station,walking to Dunhua south raod and take any bus which will go to Bade Dunhua(八德敦化路口)stop,then it will needs one min. walk to ttv from the stop.
