One Day Tour With High Speed Railway (HSR)

Hi,

Im really interested in planning a one day tour to other places from Taipei using HSR.

However, I do not know where to go and which are the places of interest that can be completed in one day.

I notice that there had been great recommendations introducing taroko gorge, jiufen etc? But I checked that these places do not use HSR?

The name of the HSR Station in Kaohsiung is Zuoying, currently the southern terminal of the HSR train route.

Let%26#39;s see, if one day is all you%26#39;ve got, I suggest a one day Tainan or Kaohsiung tour.

Take the early morning THSR, that will get you into downtown Tainan or Kaohsiung before 10 a.m. You have about 10 hours to explore the sights of Kaohsiung or the historic monuments and street food of Tainan before catching the late night THSR back to Taipei.

And from HSR Zuoying Station, hop on the KRT to begin your tour of Kaohsiung.
