Dress code

Hi all,

I%26#39;ll be going to taipei on 25/03 - 31/03.

I%26#39;ve got a pair of boots, but i%26#39;m not sure if it%26#39;s still suitable to wear there.

Also, with the weather, what is advisible for dressing?
