I%26#39;m trying to book the HSR tickets online but encountered the following error message when I entered my passport number in the ID/Passport field:
';Contact Person ID/Passport Number must be alphanumeric characters and last 4 characters must be numbers only';
Can anyone please advise???

This is for the Taiwan Passport/ID information. Being a foreigner you can just leave the information blank as it%26#39;s not required.
