Hi understand that last year they have promotion on free metro tickets etc. Is there any promotion for this yr? Esp April?

Yup they have, just bring the air-tix and the hotel accomadation to the TW Tourism Board at UIC Bldg, they will give u either the TAIPEI MRT CARD or the KAOSHIUNG I-PASS CARD
