Hi, does anyone know whether is there any tourist information centre in Taoyuan Airport and if there is, where is it and how to go to it as I will be arriving at Terminal 1. Thanks.

Of course there is. When you check out, turn right and walk towards the end, you will see the counter. There is also booths selling pre-paid sim card.
