Taiwan itinerary

Hi,

We will be in taiwan last week of march, into april. Can anyone let us know where to go for fruit picking and what fruits will be available ?

Also, anyone can recommend some farm stays, with petting animals for children ?

Or any nice minshus or stays out of the city area. We are arriving into taipei, but will most likely stay in hualien or yangminshan as well..

Any other recommendations on what other places we shouldnt miss ?

We are currently thinking : taipei, yangminshan, danshui, keelung, jiufen, taroko gauge, hualien,and nantou.

Should we venture further south and also to the west ?
