My family and I (total 10 pax) will be going Taipei in 2 weeks%26#39; time and we are thinking of renting a mini bus for a day trip to Yehliu/Jiufen/Keelung. Can anyone help to recommend a trustworthy car rental company? What are their charges like?

You can search for 安達租車 in google. I rented their mini bus for 10 pax as well. However, only for airport-hotel-airport transfer. One trip is NTD1.8k, the cheapest i can find. However, for daily rental, it would be different price. You can email them. They respond quite fast.
