I will be dropping by Kaohsiung for 1 day before leaving the city for Taipei. Can anyone recommend an itinerary on what can I do at Kaohsiung City with around 8 to 10 hours there.
Preferably if you can recommend where to have a dinner at some seafood store, night markets and shopping areas.

If you take HSR express to Kaohsiung it takes only 90 mins.
Here is my suggestion,城市光廊 %26amp; Love river are suitable to visit after dark.
