Cabbies in Hualien

We highly recommend our cabbie, David, in Hualien. He speaks excellent English and took us to some really interesting places in and out of Hualien, and went out of his way to help us get around. I can%26#39;t remember what his rate was, but at the time we felt it was very fair for the time and information he provided. He took us to some incredible places and we learned a lot while we were with him. We had such a great time, we hired him for more than one day.

I too would prefer an english speaking cabbie. But may i know what type of car David drives? Was it a normal saloon car, or can it fit more than 4 passengers?

David drives a normal saloon car and a VW T4 can fit 7 persons not including driver.He was born and grew up in Hualien.

David offers three prices with differeent services but eight hours a day extra one hour plus 400 NTD.

1.3000NTD

a.English version Tarogo map/brochure.

e.Cingshui cliff plus 300 NTD.

b.3000cc biggest Toyota saloon with comfortable back seat and sky window.

d.including water ,dry towel,flash light ,binocular ,umbrella ,cap and raincoat.
