I see someone mention to be travel to ruifang station den to yehliu. is this method ok too?
no, ruifang is for going to jiufen/jingguashi or pingxi.
Yehliu you can take bus in taipei city area. You can search here for more info.
Take the Bus to Yeliou from Taipei Intercity Bus Teminus Counter 19 @NTD104/ per head. next to Taipei Main Station on Chongqing N Rd
The Bus to Keelung is in front of the Convenience store across from where you get off at Yeliou.
In Keelung you have to change bus again - cross the bridge to the other side to board bus to Jinguashi and Jioufen. Return to Keelung the same way if you want to visit Miaokow later.
If returning directly to Taipei from Jioufen-you can take a direct bus or change to train at Rueifang.
OMG.. all along i tot ruifang station is to yehliu.
Those places that i need to change buses, they don%26#39;t have any bus number right? Just stated place name to place name?
