How to plan a trip to Taiwan for 5 early-twenties adults?

Hello Everyone!

I will be heading to Taiwan in June with 4 friends. 6D5N; 4 guys, 1 girl.

Need some(alot! heehe) help here:

1) What are the must-see places suitable for our age?

2) What is the weather like in June?

3) We would like to visit the hotspring also. But is there any unisex but nice atmosphere hotspring? If not, where is the best couple hotspring?

4) We would like to go trek as well, which hill has the best scenery? One of my friend is a photographer, is there any place he could take pics to his hearts%26#39; content? Its best to have a chill out place for the rest of us while we wait too.. haha

5) We%26#39;ve booked a package which comprise of 3N stay in Taipei. Of cos, we don plan to stay within the city for all three days. Prolly, we will stay in the city for 2D for some shopping and clubbing. Which area is the best place to shop for both guys and gals? And where is MOS? We would like to check out the clubbing scene too! On the 3rd day, is it possible to make it to Kenting, enjoy all that there is to enjoy and make it back to Taipei? How long will the trip to Kenting take? And what kind of transport should we opt for?

6) After the 3N stay, we plan to extend our stay. Should we continue to stay in Taipei city or should we venture out to other parts of Taiwan? Perhaps Kaohsiung or Hualien? Is there any good and budget hotels; homestay or even farmstay that u will like to recommand?

7) What are the must-eat food in Taiwan?

8) And lastly, how much should each of us bring (by estimate) for the 6D5N trip?

I know its alot of qns.. but THANKS in Advance!

MOS closed down years ago.

For early-20s clubbing check out Luxy or Room 18 (or both) on Wednesday. Room 18 seems to be busier than Luxy on Friday and Saturday these days.

They%26#39;re the big clubs but also tend to be quite cliqueish. On Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday you might enjoy Roxy 99 more. It%26#39;s changed a lot over the years but is still very busy on those nights - it%26#39;ll be much cheaper too.

MOS in Singapore closed down too!

Thanks for the heads up! (:
