Honeymoon to Taiwan, Pls advise

Hi, we are going to taiwan for our honeymoon from 28th April - 14th May 2009. We planned to go to taipei and stay for a night there.

We intended to go to Kaoshiong next day in the morning and spend 4-5 nights there.

After that, we intended to head back to Taipei.

We also wanted to go to %26#39;ping se%26#39; and %26#39;juifen%26#39;.

Is there any %26#39;tian deng%26#39; @ %26#39;ping se%26#39;?

Hw much do we have to bring to there?

Is 16 days sufficient or too long?

Is our planning a wise one, if not pls advise.

Please advise....

spend two nights at Kaohsiung is enough ,the other 2~3 nights you should consider to stay at Kenting, the beach is beautiful there.

Houlien,Alishan,Sun moon Lake,Cingjing are all nice places to visit for their unique landscapes,don%26#39;t miss them.

I agree---spend some time in Kenting National Park.

Yes, you can set off sky lanterns in Pingxi. Be sure to check the train schedule for your return from Pingxi to Rueifang, as trains are less frequent in the evenings.

With 16 days, your itinerary could include other areas of Taiwan as well.

Congratulations %26amp; happy honeymoon!
