I just watched the tv show called unknown taiwan(available in PPStream online tv program), there is an area in Penghu called 鍦扮嫳闂?which is like bermuda area. Also, from the show i knew that the 鏉惧北鍒in hualien was the military center for japan last time and it is the place where the members of Kamikaze receive their order of action. Decade ago, even locals hardly go into that area.

Something not right with this story-I did not come across any news on them aquiring land on this route-It is not so easy and the KMT just took power back after 8 yrs.
