I wanna thank all of the forum members for giving me such great advise when I went for my Taipei trip last Dec. I had a great time in Taipei.

nice review. very informative when i read through. but how come u didnt take the tram up to see the waterfall ? i remember reading somewhere there is a tram up and down?

I went at late Feb and it is still in service. Maybe the train service is down when you are there.
