Hi, i%26#39;ll be going to Taipei start of next month. Would like to check if its possible to do both Jiufen (Morning) and Window on China (Afternoon) in one day (Weekday)? What will be the best route for that if possible? Many thanks. :)

WOC is in Taoyuan County (Same area as the Airport) You can do both provided you leave early for WOC and get there at Opening time, spend the day there and then back toTaipei and take a train from Taipei Main Station to Rueifang and from Outside Rueifang Station (also spelt as Jui-fang) you can take a bus to Jioufen as there is no time restriction in Jioufen as WOC will close in the evening.

So to confirm, to travel to WOC will take around a hour plus...so to get back to Taipei main station, do i take the same bus back? or is there another bus? And from Taipei Main station to Jiufen, it will be another hour plus? So to estimate, it will be around 2 hr plus from WOC to Jiufen?

Tailien Bus starts from Songshan Domestic Airport (at the northern tip of Dunhua N. Rd.) to WOC %26gt; Leofoo Village returns by the same route. On your return trip, alight at MRT Zhongxiao-Dunhua (Zhongxiao E. Rd.-Dunhua S. Rd. intersection). From here, you have 2 options:

1) From MRT Zhongxiao-Fuxing, take a bus directly to Jiufen

or 2) Take the MRT back to Taipei Main Station, connect underground to TRA and take the train to Ruei-fang, then transfer to a ';To Jinguashih'; bus and alight at Jiufen.

I read on webbie that the temperature is currently around 24-25 during the day, is it consider cold? Is Tee-Shirt and Bermuda/Jean appropriate?

Also does the Taxi in Taipei go by meter or do we have to agree on a price before boarding?

Temp today was good enough for Tshirts and shorts .18 to 22 I call comfortable weather 23~27C is warm then it is hot above that.

Went up to the Xindian and Bitan side, then took a bus from there to 101 bldg directly, forgot bus number and had dinner there at the Singapore place in their food court, their Laksa was not good but The Beef Noodle Soup Taiwan style was great. Serving was big, had trouble finishing it as I helped GF finish her Laksa as well. .

Most taxi%26#39;s charge by meter, but those making runs into more remote spots (where they may not have passengers on the drive back to town) may charge by a set rate, such as the taxi%26#39;s going from MRT Xindian to Wulai hot spring spas. Sometimes people even share the ride with strangers who happen to be going to the same place in order to split the fare.

Hi like to know usually how much time do I need to go thru WOC? Is 3 Hrs enough?

anyone can help or share experience in WOC?

there is a new doraemon section in WOC. Will it be permanently there? Or it will be remove after some time?
