Pretty hotel . attic hotel - walkable to stations ?

Hi,

Anyone has any review on the pretty hotel or the attic hotel ? I thought both looks quite good, cos i am looking for triple or quad.

Can anyone advise if either is within walking distance to any mtr station ?

I tried looking at their maps, but couldnt figure out.

From google map ,the distance between pretty hotel and Zhongshan junior high school MRT station is about 7~800 m,howerver from attic hotel shoud be 1 km.

FOR Quad you did not try Neijiang??
